Susanna Kestner

My approach is person centred and systemic and I offer primarily a talking therapy. As a creative arts therapist I can also incorporate structures, such as creative imagery or art work, to help people discover more about their emotional world, find different perspectives, and begin to heal. It's important to feel really heard, and find new insights into your life experiences, present and past. I offer an open ended number of sessions and time limited therapy. I work with individuals, groups and couples. I am a full member of The Health Professions Council and also of The British Association of Dramatherapists and work by both bodies' codes of ethics.
